The AI Shift is an AI software company, operated by Books Legacy LLC in the United Arab Emirates. Our product is AI Caller, an AI voice agent with pre-built call playbooks for every stage of the customer journey.
What we build
AI Caller
AI Caller calls new leads within 60 seconds, confirms bookings, welcomes new clients, reminds them before a session and calls back after a no-show. Each of these is a ready-made playbook with its timing and rules already set, working with your real calendar and logging every outcome in your CRM.
It went into production at Coach Foundation, our sister company, in March 2026. We are now opening it to a small number of businesses as a pilot, set up together with each one. It is paused while we prepare that pilot.

Why we built it
Owners lose leads and paid clients to slow follow-up
A new lead who waits hours for a call back has often spoken to someone else by then. A client who pays and never books a first session starts to wonder what they paid for. A missed session that nobody chases becomes a client who drifts away.
None of this is a skills problem. Every stage needs a phone call, and a busy team gets to the calls last. We saw it first at Coach Foundation, so we built software that makes those calls on time, every time. AI Caller is that software.
