The short version
- We collect your name, your email and the answers you type into our forms, so we can build and email you your Master Trove.
- We don't sell your information, and we don't show ads on this site.
- You can unsubscribe from any email in a couple of clicks, with no login, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Who we are
theaishift.biz is the website for The AI Shift, a YouTube channel about practical AI for business owners. The AI Shift is run by Coach LLC, a company based in the United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Coach LLC.

What we collect
When you fill in a tool form (the pages under theaishift.biz/tools/), we collect:
- Your name and email address. Every form asks for both, because we need them to send you your file. Without them we can't build or deliver it.
- Your answers about your business, such as your industry, what you sell, which AI tool you use, or the task you want help with. Each form asks different questions, and only the ones that tool needs to build your file.
- Your mobile number, only if you choose to give it. Three forms have an optional mobile number field. You can leave it blank.
- How you found the form: the campaign tags in the link you clicked (for example, which video it came from) and the website that sent you, if it was another site.
We save your name and email when you finish the first step, before you finish the rest of the form.
When you sign up on the homepage, we collect only your email address.
When you just browse the site, we use Google Analytics (see "Cookies and analytics" below). We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't take payments on this site.
What we use it for
- To build your personalised Master Trove file and setup guide, and email them to you.
- To send you emails about The AI Shift, such as new videos and tools. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which videos and pages bring people to our tools, so we can make better ones.
- To stop abuse of our forms, for example too many requests from one place in a short time.
We build and send your Master Trove because you asked for it. When you finish the first step of a tool form, we add you to our email list, even if you don't finish the form, and we send list emails on the basis of that sign-up. You can leave at any time by unsubscribing. We run analytics and abuse prevention because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting the site.
We don't sell your information, rent it out, or share it with advertisers.
Who helps us run this
We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information on our behalf to do the jobs below.

If you reply to one of our emails, your reply reaches us through our email forwarding providers (Cloudflare or ImprovMX), or directly in our Google (Gmail) inbox.
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, countries other than yours, including the United States. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details of these safeguards at hello@theaishift.biz.
Your files and download links
Your Master Trove files are stored under a random, hard-to-guess link. We email that link to you and keep it with your details in our email system. The link is meant to keep working until you ask us to delete your file, and anyone you forward it to can open the file, so treat it like the email it came in.
Cookies and analytics
Our pages use Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies in your browser to count visits and see how people move through the site. On the tool forms, it also records when you move between steps and when you submit. Google's own policy explains how it uses this data: How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
The tool forms also keep a temporary note in your browser of how you arrived at the page (the campaign tags and the referring site). Your browser clears it when you close the tab.
We don't use advertising pixels, such as Meta or LinkedIn pixels, and we don't show third-party ads.
YouTube and Google
Our videos are on YouTube. When you watch them there, YouTube's own terms and Google's privacy policy apply, not this one: YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
We use YouTube API Services only for our own YouTube channel: to read its analytics, such as views and watch time, and to manage its settings, such as the banner and description. It covers only our own channel. We never ask you to sign in with Google, and we never access your YouTube or Google account. If you ever grant an app access to your Google account, you can take it back at any time on Google's security settings page.
How long we keep it
We don't currently delete your information on a fixed schedule. Your details stay on our email list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Your generated files stay in storage until you ask us to delete them.
Unsubscribing
Every newsletter and follow-up email from our list has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you're off the list, with no login and no reason needed. The email that delivers your Master Trove has an unsubscribe link at the bottom too: click it and press Unsubscribe. If that email is an older one, the link first emails you a confirmation link to click. You can also email hello@theaishift.biz with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your information
Email hello@theaishift.biz from the address you signed up with, and tell us what you'd like:
- a copy of the information we hold about you,
- a correction, or
- deletion from our email list and removal of your generated files.
We'll reply to let you know when it's done. Through the same address, you can also object to how we use your information, ask us to limit or stop using it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
We don't make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
Children
This site is for business owners. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date at the top.
