Who we are
theaishift.biz and The AI Shift are run by Coach LLC, a company based in the United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). By using this site or requesting a Master Trove, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What we provide
We publish videos on YouTube and free tools on this site. When you fill in a tool form, we build a personalised file (your Master Trove) and a setup guide, and email you links to download them. We also add you to our email list, which you can leave at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
The tools are free. We may change, pause or retire any tool, video or file at any time, and we can't promise the site or the download links will always be available.

Parts of every Master Trove are written automatically, some by an AI model, based on the answers you give. AI can get things wrong, leave things out, or state something with more confidence than it deserves. Before you rely on a file, or hand it to your team:
- read it and check that it fits your business,
- check any figures, prices, legal points or platform features it mentions, which can change after we publish, and
- get proper advice from a qualified professional for legal, tax, financial, employment or compliance decisions.
Nothing on this site, in our videos or in your files is legal, financial, tax or other professional advice. Examples and results shown in our videos are illustrations, not a promise of what you will get.
Third-party tools and links
Our files are designed to be used with AI tools and other software made by other companies, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and calling or marketing platforms. We don't control those services. Their own terms, prices and privacy policies apply when you use them, and it's your call what information you put into them.
Some links are affiliate links. If you sign up to a service through one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube, so watching them is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We use YouTube API Services only to manage and read analytics for our own channel. If any part of our service ever uses YouTube API Services on your behalf, the YouTube Terms of Service apply to that use.
What you can do with your files
The Master Trove files we make for you are yours to use in your own business: edit them, share them with your team, and load them into your own AI tools. Please don't sell them, republish them as your own product, or offer them as a paid service.
Our videos, website, the design of our tools and the templates behind them belong to us. Please don't copy them wholesale.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- submit someone else's name or email address without their permission,
- send automated or bulk submissions, or try to overload, break into or get around the limits on our forms or server,
- enter anything illegal, harmful or that you don't have the right to share, or
- use the site in a way that breaks the law.
We may block requests or remove anyone from our list who does.
No warranty, and limits on our liability
The site, videos, tools and files are provided free and "as is", without any promise that they will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or right for your situation. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using them or relying on them, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be decided by the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
